Making art tells you a lot about yourself than most people would like to admit, like how undisciplined you can be, and sometimes how afraid you are about the future, but also things like how observant you can be, and how vulnerable, and how brave, when you choose to be.

When I see someone in Canada post a photo of something I saw in person, my fingers itch to type…. “Omggggg! I went there! It’s so crazy how our paths nearly crossed!!!” (It’s been 7 months)

If I make you food (sandwiches included) and I turn it into a face/cute shapes and you don’t at LEAST take a second to appreciate it… I will never forget that…. We can still be tight but 20 years later as I’m drawing I’ll remember and my heart will break a little bit more…
