That’s the work on Cairnmuir Road finished for the day but the big hole’s still there. Lovely evening as well but we’ll have to suffer the temporary lights for longer.

Now that the IRP have ruled that Kevin Clancy’s shameful decision not to overturn his penalty award to Hearts ,in the last derby, was wrong I hope action is taken against Mr Clancy and he is relegated to the lower leagues for at least half a season. I’ll watch with interest.

Bournemouth have reached a record amount of points in the top flight this season. This can surely only be good news for Hibs. Their owners seem to know what they are doing. Hopefully we’ll get a sprinkle of that magic dust.🙏🤞🥬

The work on the hole at Cairnmuir rd has stopped.There was a workman there at the back of 2 & quarter to 3 but he’s away now. There is no need for the 4 way traffic lights apart from badness. The hole’s on Cairnmuir rd & can be easily driven round. It should’nt affect Clerry rd.

Still no work being done on Clermiston rd/Cairnmuir rd despite it being a beautiful day. There’s 2 guys sitting in a Highway Maintenance van just up Cairnmuir rd, looking at their phones but that’s it.

Moan time again: 4 way traffic lights still at Clermiston Rd/ Cairnmuir Rd. A hole was dug on Cairnmuir Rd yesterday but no work done at all so far this morning. Also, it looks as though a 2 way set of lights on Cairnmuir Rd would have sufficed.

Our league record in Perth v Saints is now better than our league record at ER. In Perth we’ve won 29, drawn 17 & lost 21 compared to 29 wins, 17 draws & 22 defeats at home. Although at home we’ve scored 141 & lost 94 compared to 89 for & 79 against away.
