If a medical malpractice insurer can approve you in 24 hours when they’re on the hook for your mistakes then a hospital should be able to grant you credentials without requiring 100 pages of documents multiple redundant online forms and weeks to months

Big business lobbyists are already vowing to sue the FTC to stop the noncompete ban from going into effect. They love noncompetes as a way to keep workers under their thumb and suppress wages.

Big business coming out against not only workers but also the very idea of free market conditions. Maybe if they weren’t operating in opposition to their own work force they could retain employees without legal trickery
