We recently donated road signs, traffic cones, and safety barriers to Glebelands Primary Academy, in Chatteris.

The school has been using the materials to develop playtime, helping pupils learn about roads and road safety through play 🚸🏫

We're doing essential work on M1. To do this safely, we’ll need to close the M1 tonight between 10pm and 5am from junction 11a to 14 Northbound. Allow an extra 40 mins. On Friday 19 April, full overnight closure of M1 junction 14 to 11a Southbound. Allow an extra 40 mins

❌ UPDATE - Bedford Rd overnight closure postponed ❌

The upcoming overnight closure of Bedford Road on Tues 23 April has been postponed.

The Roxton Road closure to the junction with Bedford Rd on Mon 22, 9pm – Tues 23 April, 5am, will still go ahead.

Bedford Rd from the Roxton Garden Centre to the Black Cat roundabout on Tues 23, 9pm – Weds 24 April, 7am.

The eastbound carriageway on the #A428 has been reopened between the #A1303 and the #A1198 near #Cambridge following the earlier collision. The westbound remains closed for crews to clear debris from the carriageway.
