Columbia is arbitrarily throwing suspension letters to Palestinian students, including the negotiator and others who have not been in the encampment for days.

Columbia’s referencing the encampment as depriving students from commencement is a nonsense. They are funding the weapons that killed thousands of students in #Gaza and deprived them from graduation.

In my room, trying to breathe in and out to shutdown panic attack due to the sounds of police helicopters circulating around Columbia Uni as NYPD is preparing to sweep the encampment. This is aimed to terrorise students, and punish them for even standing up against genocide.

Protesters occupied a Columbia University building after a deadline passed for them to leave their camp or face suspension.

The students stormed Hamilton Hall, which was taken over in a 1968 Vietnam war protest, and renamed it after 6-year-old Hind Rajab who was killed in Gaza.
