Watch Tbilisi now as we witness peaceful protests bravely facing water canons. People protest Russian draft law on foreign agents/influence for over two weeks now. Government brutally beats them up, uses disproportionate force and tools to disperse and silence the protest.

Riot police is brutality dispersing protesters in Tbilisi. Water cannon, pepper and tear gas, beating — on a loop. However, protesters are not going to go home. Plan is simple: retreat when gas used, then return back.

The tweet overstates matters, but no doubt that these jets will at least be useful for spare parts and decoys. It is also embarrassing for Russia that the United States was able to get any sort of military hardware from a CSTO ally.

The US Congress finally passed the $95 billion National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, which includes aid for Ukraine, Israel & Indo-Pacific allies, and invests in the US Defense Industrial Base.

But what is actually in the bill, and where does the money go?
