NYC & NJ have populations of 8 million. NYC has 24k Covid deaths. NJ has 15k. NYC death rate 281 per 1k of pop. NJ 178 per 1k. Both sent COVID patients to nursing homes, yet Cuomo reports a death rate of 49 per 1k in nursing homes while NJ reports 120 per 1k. Not buying it.
