Don't make it sound as if not knowing hindi is a handicap. We need our mother tongue first and then any other language based on need only if its work related or if ur based in NCR or other regions.

True but the problem is most hindi speakers assume everyone in India should speak hindi only and not use English even though its English which is the real connecting language across India and the world now.

Similarly many non hindi speakers lost opportunity in private and govt jobs bcoz of hindi only policy.

Courts have consistently failed such crimes by delivering injustice and bailing out all sorts of criminals.
