Key takeaways from Morning Consult poll: (1) Biden has led since Super Tuesday, (2) Biden improves with independents, (3) Biden gaining positive 'buzz,' (4) Biden has momentum in battleground states.

Ohio GOP primary showing very similar results as Florida: Trump headed to well over 800,000 votes, but Haley/DeSantis/Christie combined will end up at around 200,000.

So in Florida & Ohio both, about 1 of every 5 Republican primary voters made a point of going against Trump:

“Trump's own vice president won't endorse him because he is a danger to democracy. And—hand to God—the New York Times managed to report it as 'Pence won't endorse Biden.’” ⁦Jonathan V. Last⁩ plus.thebulwark.com/p/mike-pence-w…

I know I’m just supposed to just accept these things or be labeled a poll truther or someone with my head buried in the sand, but I’m stubborn. Blame my mama. Please read Nate’s analysis before you read my short thread about this analysis. I don’t want to bias you first. 1/

Robert Hur quit the DOJ the day before testifying in front of one of Jim Jordan’s hearings—and just hired a lawyer who repped Steve Bannon and currently serves on the board at Fox News.

Great work, Merrick Garland! independent.co.uk/news/world/ame…

Quite the telling shift in perspective there by the NYTimes. Biden's popularity is evaluated among all Americans. Trump's popularity is evaluated solely among Republicans.

Imagine the headlines tomorrow if Joe Biden were losing between 10 and 50 percent of the primary vote in various states

A few hot NY 3 takes. It appears:
- The polls had a pro-GOP bias, again
- Immigration backfired for the GOP, esp in the context of their legislative failure
- GOP turnout suffered, but not enough to explain these margins. Suozzi won a lot of Inds and a decent number of GOPs

this from Dan Pfeiffer could not be more true. Biden talks to Hill Republicans all the time - if he was not up for it, they'd be the first to share.

Biden spent eight hours taking pictures with WH reporters during holiday parties. Are they all part of a coverup?

I have refrained from all the criticism of Merrick Garland. I was wrong. And he was the wrong choice for DOJ. History will not absolve him.

Once again, I’d like to point out the Merrick Garland is the worst appointment in two successive Democratic administrations.
