Nowhere is this more the case than Germany, as its authoritarian core reasserts itself.

The rector of Glasgow University has been told that if he talks about Gaza *in Britain* he could face a year in prison under German laws. This was during his 3.5 hours detention in Berlin for nothing.

I'd like to know how Scot Gov, Uni authorities etc will respond.

Hours after he was installed as Glasgow University Rector, Dr. Ghassan Abu-Sittah has been detained & denied entry to Germany - where was due to speak at a conference - at Berlin Airport.
