About 500 rallying this afternoon at McGill encampment calling for university to divest from genocide. Despite lots of rain the number of tents has doubled in 24 hours & camp is much organized. Despite calls for repression by some politicians, there far fewer cops then yesterday

On January 7, 2024, my client, Maged Sameh Hilal Al Khalaf, was criminally charged with publicly inciting hatred for allegedly flying the flag of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine ('PFLP').

Today that charge was withdrawn by the Crown Attorney.
