With funding from Sport England, we are pleased to announce that we have launched weekly dancing sessions at our Sundale House wellbeing centre in Huddersfield, open to anyone who wants to join.

The sessions will take place every Thursday from 1:30pm-2:30pm.

Let's get dancing!

Do you like to dance? Do you want to try something new?

Motivate Dance will run at 11:30am on the first Sunday of the month and the third Friday of each month.

From the 7th May, Motivate Dance will also run on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Sessions cost £3 and includes hot drinks and biscuits.
