Following on from Jim Allister’s comments on Sunday politics (about standing in every seat) here’s a reminder of a piece I wrote a few days ago about unionist pacts. I’ll be returning to the subject next week.

If, as Jim Allister says, the TUV stands in every seat then it seems likely that both the DUP and UUP would do the same thing. That will be very messy. A DUP/UUP ‘arrangement’ is possible but could be difficult to reach.
