- DSR is 13%
- Fixed Rate is 25.74%

If you open short here, you pay 25.74% upfront for the right to earn 13% on 5000 Dai for a term. This means that unless the DSR starts outperforming the Fixed Rate Market, then it is a BAD idea to open a short.
