My friend from Gaza lost 30 members of his family today. Their precious, beautiful bodies are still buried underneath the rubble. These are loved ones - children. My heart is breaking for him - how can be we ever come back from this

May be controversial for some but I think this is the future. Sole AD in charge is no longer a dynamic, sustainable model. Theatres need flexible creative structures, diverse influence & experience. Glad venues are recognising that leadership today requires different approach.
