This is a welcome step in the right direction and Glasgow has an impressive track record in bringing empty homes back into use via our acquisition programme. I await to see full details but I hope this funding can be targeted at those councils who have the most demand on housing.

This is what’s actually happening in Glasgow city centre. A decades-long gap site brought back to life, a dilapidated historic building restored + the shot in the arm the Trongate has needed for many years. There’s lots more of this kind of thing in the pipeline

Duke Street Closure extension ⛔️⛔️

Due to the complex nature of the investigation of a gas escape at Duke Street it has been necessary to extend the closure of the road untill the 23rd of June to allow SGN to further investigate and repair the escape.

Really delighted to see the decision by Glasgow City Council to lease the derelict site in Royston to Rosemount Development Trust alongside the local community we have been working on plan to transform this disused site into a new community green space with better accessibility.

TBT to the huge success of #TheFamilyWellbeingHub last year.
