Day 2 of #ACGME2024 featured a chance to network with members of the CRCR and other Back to Bedside awardees one last time. To paraphrase the Chair, for changes in GME we need to make sure our voices(the stakeholders) are heard! Thank you to ACGME for this lovely opportunity.

Won't be able to sleep a wink tonight in anticipation of #ACGME2024 /presenting our 2-year long research grant titled WE-CARE (Cultural Awareness in Residents' Education) with my esteemed co-awardees. #MeaninginMedicine #MedEd .

It was an absolute honor to present 2 abstracts at #AAAAI24 . Attached in the post, one of the posters highlighting my work with the Pulmonary team at Carle Health to reduce inappropriate ordering of lung function tests; and a rather pretty picture of Capitol Hill at twilight.

As a part of the larger Back to Bedside Grant, our vision is to improve cultural awareness amongst our providers by connecting with patients at a socio-cultural level. ACGME #AEC2024 #backtobedside
