@AmyOverend Dr Philippa Kaye This Morning The amount of time depends on the device, epipen advice has changed from 10 seconds to 3 I believe as my daughters epipens say 3 seconds.

So the advice should be to read the individuals AAI before adminstering and follow the instructions written on there.

@AmyOverend This is a brilliant story thank you for sharing it. My dad was rushed into hospital last Thursday with a heart attack they brought in back to life after 8 minutes. They was so quick and each ward has looked after him so well.
