Last night, Edmonton lost the historic Hangar 11 due to fire.

So, let's learn a bit about this history.

Hangar 11 was built by the US Army in November 1942. The building was built so quickly there were no design plans prior.

It was the last of its kind in Western Canada. It was key in the war effort in the 1940s & had been designated a historical resource. It was to be repurposed as a mixed use retail, commercial, restaurant/patio, event & residential space. #yeg

While cost shouldn’t be the primary factor for ending homelessness, it’s an important reminder that if you only care about the money, then this is the right thing to do financially.

Sleep is unimportant when a new album comes out.

At least that’s what I’ll be saying all day tomorrow while thinking about naps.

So am I supposed to sleep or should I just listen to the album as many times as possible until my first meeting tomorrow morning?
