One year ago we lost five Kentuckians, including my good friend Tommy, at Old National Bank. In moments like this, we've found strength in each other, proving that even in our darkest hours we are not alone.

We will always get through this. Together.

Everywhere I go, I'm struck by the kindness of Kentuckians when their neighbors need it most. We take care of each other in the hardest moments, and that's really special.

Happy anniversary, First Lady Britainy Beshear! We've come so far, and I can't wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for being you.

Kentucky, we've been through a lot over the past 4 years. This Easter season of hope, I'm thinking about how far we've come and how far we can go – together.

I hope everyone has a great weekend with their loved ones, enjoying the spring weather and Easter holiday for all who celebrate.

Remember: Life is short, so do good things and be kind to each other.

On this Good Friday, I'm grateful that my Savior, who could have chosen to be the Prince of Power, but chose instead to be the Prince of Peace.

Any day we've got kids and dogs in the Capitol is a good day!

Universal pre-K will help address our child care cost crisis and make sure Kentucky's kids are prepared for kindergarten. And we can afford it.
