Today marks my 4th (or is it 5th?!) attempt at getting my money back from E.ON Next . Funnily enough despite being 100s of ££ in credit it suddenly emerged that I owed them 100s (coincidence). Complaint raised. Still nothing & STILL no refund. What brilliant customer service 🙄.
