On rail replacement bus from London to Bedford last night. Group of 20yr olds on backrow did not offer seats to elderly couple. I then noticed one lad was spread across two seats. He refused to move as he had his dog by his feet and would be uncomfortable…??!

So our Ukrainian guest has gone back to Ukraine because she can’t get a type I diabetic check until the end of November (this was the position back in June). I repeat. She has to go back to a war zone to get better healthcare than the NHS. What is going on?
