April is observed as Cervical Cancer Awareness Month. I encourage all women to get screened via SERHA Jamaica

Cervical cancer is the 3rd most common cancer in Jamaica with the 2nd highest related deaths.

In December, at our annual health fair, we provided over 25 free screening

I met Taz while attending St. Jago High School, I was his Prefect. We crossed paths later as I mentored him as lab supervisor while he completed his studies at UWI. He was a personable and intelligent young man. Deeply saddened by his passing and I send my sincerest condolences…
