A vital point. This book's from a time when history of eduation (a foundational disciplines of educational studies) was assumed to be central to teacher education (as the title shows). That's vanished with the competence-driven narrowing of teacher ed in recent decades.

As well as our fantastic summer conference, SHP is also hosting another event about LGBTQ+ histories on Monday April 29th at 7.30pm. There is still plenty of time to reserve your place and learn about the incredible resources produced by Professor Bob Mills (@UCL)
