Dr. Toks π¦ Within the 'Lagos State waters', there's a high level of enforcement of the use of life jackets! Back in the Ilashe Beach days, no life jacket meant risking arrest by the patrolling JTF. Also, No movement after 6:30pm. We all have a role to play.
Dr. Toks π¦ This is the hard fact that most Nigerians always shy away from but will hastly blame the government & the country when avaoidable tragedy such as this happens.
Our level of 'anyhowness' as Nigerians is beyond comprehension.

2. H&S seems to be for structured businesses.
3. There are very competent H&S Nigerian practitioners in Nigeria
4. Increase in population of young H&S professionals.
5. The underlying factor of the value we place on human life.
