Arrived in Tallinn for Marten Zwanenburg & Sebastian Cymutta's 'Conference on the Law Applicable to the Use of Biometrics by Armed Forces' (NATO CCDCOE & Amsterdam Center for International Law).

Digital rights protection in war is a huge part of my research agenda & I'm so excited for these sessions to start.

Had a great time discussing some really terrific nat'l sec law works-in-progress, particularly Alex Sinha's upcoming book chapter on governmental speech acts, nat'l sec proclamations, & international law.

Just finished another trip to Newport. This is my 3rd year teaching for the Department of Defense 🇺🇸 Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).
