hey @AskZipcar — got to my car and the side mirror is completely missing. The app tells me to call y’all, but the phone menu directs me back to the app. Been on hold for 10 minutes.

ZipcarUK @AskZipcar I also have questions because I use your service a lot and I don’t want to be stopped and searched continuously just because I am using a Zipcar. I just want reassurance that you protect your customers when they need protection

My friend booked Zipcar @AskZipcar for 6 hours. After 3 hours the car went offline and we Couldn't unlock the car. Called Zipcar Support as my belongings were in car. They said we are sending someone for a fix. WASTED TWO HOURS AT SAME PLACE NO ONE ARRIVED.

Hey @AskZipcar one of your cars hit my car this morning and your call service keeps hanging up on me. This happened 3 times with the same gentleman. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Please find me someone I can speak to regarding my scratched and dented car. Zipcar

Rui Pei Zipcar @AskZipcar I’m desperately trying to cancel my membership and the only way to do so in by calling yet NO ONE PICKS UP! I’ve requested a callback and still nothing. This has been ongoing for 5 days. I’m simply going to tell my credit card company that charges made by Zipcar are fraudulent!
