hey @AskZipcar — got to my car and the side mirror is completely missing. The app tells me to call y’all, but the phone menu directs me back to the app. Been on hold for 10 minutes.

My friend booked Zipcar @AskZipcar for 6 hours. After 3 hours the car went offline and we Couldn't unlock the car. Called Zipcar Support as my belongings were in car. They said we are sending someone for a fix. WASTED TWO HOURS AT SAME PLACE NO ONE ARRIVED.

This has been ongoing for 5 days. I’m simply going to tell my credit card company that charges made by Zipcar are fraudulent!
