My Youth Firearm Prevention Program passed Asm. Public Safety! #AB2673 creates a youth gun violence prevention program for non-violent firearm offenders. Mervin Brookins of Brother to Brother Mentoring helps youth see the dangers of gun violence & says education changes lives.

#AB2720 – Art in Public Places Act passed out of Asm. Arts, Sports, and Tourism Cmte. The bill will require the state to use 1% of its construction costs to install public art in state buildings. Hear how this can have a positive effect on communities. CA for the Arts
