Hey Aspen Dental, How long does it take for you to fix your billing “mistake”? Pretty sure when you send bill to patient’s insurance, patient’s insurance pays, then you turn around and bill the patient that’s called “double billing”. Isn’t that illegal? If not, it’s unethical.

Someone opened a 2nd acct the SAME DAY the Aspen Dental acct was opened (with no red flags from Aspen Dental) and withdraw $17,000 PER MONTH.
The Bank (WCCU, 2b named later) doesn't have red flags OR procedures.
That's why they didn't notify anyone.
