Yesterday we celebrated the milestone of 20 years of Wales Gene Park Education & Engagement🧬🎉 and also said goodbye to our retiring co-director Angela Burgess. We revisited past achievements, but also looked to the future of our E&E delivery! Thank you to all that joined us 😊

Why do organisations often pay expenses after events have happened even when expenses have been incurred often months before (e.g. to secure the best rate).

It can leave people out of pocket for months, it's a big #EDI issue and I'm wondering why this is the case.

Any ideas?!
