Shout out to our Athletes of the Month for January!! The start of the Spring Semester has proven 3rd Block to be a force to be reckoned with…our biggest class at 48 but they bring the energy unlike any other block.

Shout out to our Athletes of the Month for December!! It came down to who performed the best at testing and 6th Block did very well in that category so they took home the award for best block this month.

Exercise Tip‼️ Saigon Squat…if it’s important do it often. Squats are a staple in most S&C programs. We believe in doing the simple things savagely well so that means drilling exercises that can ensure we have the capabilities to do lifts at a high level

Keep the goal the goal…1 of our biggest goals is SPEED. They know that requires consistency above all else so we kept with our normal workout plan and had a little fun in the snow @jay_football
