The EPA announced yesterday that it will allocate $6.25 million to Austin ISD to support the purchase of 25 more electric buses! This aligns with AISD's commitment to transition to an all-electric bus fleet by 2035. Congratulations AISD Transportation!

The trees have arrived!!! 64 trees were delivered to Gus Garcia YMLA, thanks to an Urban Forest Grant from Development Services. These are the first of over 300 large-maturing shade trees being planted on Austin ISD campuses this year.🌳
