What I find most disturbing about yesterday’s SCOTUS argument is that, while no Justice seemed to disagree that Trump engaged in insurrection, such that the constitution EXPRESSLY disqualifies him from office, they didn’t seem to care. Instead, they put details over democracy.

I was in court yesterday sitting behind Trump. This is what I saw:
