She was recognized by the residency for her role in understanding and managing #hereditary #breastcancer ! She was instrumental in studying #PARP inhibitors. 🧬

Most patients with #hyperkalemia don’t have #EKG changes! 🤯

Only 7% of patients with K 7.2-9.4 had EKG changes! Despite the lack of EKG changes, keep a look out for #arrhythmia and stabilize that cardiac membrane with #Ca gluconate.

🌽 Food insecurity is prevalent, and rates of food insecurity are often higher in patients with diet-sensitive chronic conditions, like 🫀 disease!
