Ich als Jurist wüsste gern genauer, welche Regeln in Berlin gelten. Dieser tweet („klar gemacht“) suggeriert Regeln aus dem Bandenwesen. Ich habe die Sorge, dass diese Regeln mit dem Rechtsstaat nicht vereinbar sind. Eine bessere Erklärung ist dringend erforderlich.

Ich hätte mir nicht träumen lassen, dass eine deutsche Regierung nach 1945 dem Rektor einer britischen Universität ein Einreiseverbot erteilen würde. Und ich bin ernsthaft bestürzt, wie schnell wir auf dem Weg in den Autoritarismus vorankommen.

Unter der nominell linksten Regierung, die Deutschland in den nächsten Jahren haben wird, vollzieht sich gerade eine autoritäre Wende. Solidarität mit allen von Repression Betroffenen!
