Yesterday BTP Dog Section handler was on a day off taking his dogs PD Molly & PD Arthur out for a walk
Driving through #Colchester he saw a distressed man standing on the wrong side of a bridge
He stopped & talked the person down, thankfully making a life saving intervention.
