From BTU perspective members have expressed feeling extremely disappointed working in school-site Inclusion Planning Teams (IPT), only to get a fraction of what they deemed necessary to do Inclusion Right by their students. Only 44% funded FTEs districtwide of IPT requests.

Supt. Skipper says it won't be a 'switch' not a sudden turn for Inclusion, but additional option for students. BPS folks saying it's a 'team' approach at the school-site level, 'additional supports' in classrooms.

Both Henry Santana Enrique José Pepén ask questions concerning the shifts in inclusion education leading to larger classrooms with higher, unmet needs, teacher triple licensure.
