Quick update on my post about TD (Canada) and Expedia
I messaged TD and as expected no assistance was given. I was just given emails and other #’s to call. As expected I was bounced around to different depts without assistance.
This is how TD treats customers! Please be aware.

Be cautious when changing flights with Expedia for TD (Canada) my travel points were used without my consent. When I spoke to a manager he said it wasn’t true but I have proof it was. Both Expedia and TD gave me the runaround and never responded.

Sharing this for all my American travel friends.

Looks like I’m giving up going to Iceland in May to spend time with the family. I’ll be seeing my cousin’s newborn for the 1st time and spending time with my nieces and nephews as well as my elderly but healthy mom.
I’m making the right choice but still feeling a sense of FOMO.

Last year I closed my #TD All Inclusive Account saying goodbye to their horrible customer service! 🎉🥳
