Since ADPH is no longer updating their dashboard on weekends or holidays, as of today Bama Tracker has stopped updating. Thanks to everybody that supported the site and the work behind it.

Also Bama Tracker is showing major drops in case numbers all over, statewide and per county. The counts match what ADPH is showing, but the drops do not align with their notices about backlog data. An inquiry has been sent over to see what's going on.

The source Bama Tracker uses to track effective reproduction (Rt) has Alabama at 3.4 (estimated). This is no doubt due to the massive backlogs of cases reported last week and seemingly very inaccurate.
