Having presented this data in talks the past few months, I am so super excited to get to share this study where we generated comprehensive spatial gene expression maps of the anterior hippocampus in human 🧠. Awesome thread linked from Stephanie Hicks, PhD walking through the data!
New in #Psychopharm ! The odor span task has been proposed as a measure of non-spatial working memory capacity, and it depends upon nucleus accumbens neurons, and D2 (not D1) neurotransmission there!
