Happy to share our work is out in Journal of Biological Chemistry - This was truly a team effort and I’m thankful for all the collaborators who made this happen!

Take a look at our preprint out in bioRxiv. We used structural and biochemical techniques to characterize the function of the N1 domain in Pex6 from yeast.

Two recent pre-prints about how well AlphaFold models agree with experimentally derived data and if they can be used to accurately predict drug interactions.

Both studies highlight the limitations of AF when it comes to drug discovery.
