Judge Merchan ruled on Donald attending his son's graduation in the same way that Arizona voters elected Kari Lake governor.

He said he would wait to rule once he saw how the trial was going.

I have to laugh at the ridiculous Donald Trump claiming that what Joe Biden is doing to him via his DOJ is illegal at the same time Donald is claiming that a sitting president can't do anything illegal.

And Donald directed his DOJ to go after political enemies, which they did.

If Donald Trump testifies in the New York case, which he won't, the first question the DA should ask is:

'Can you provide the names of all your grandchildren and their ages?'

The case against Donald Trump wasn't brought 7 years ago because Donald Trump inveigled his DOJ to interfere with the case against his co-conspirator Michael Cohen and not pursue a case against 'Individual-1.'

First, Judge Merchan did *not* rule on whether Donald could go to his son's graduation. He said he wanted to see where the trial was.

Second, *every* defendant is required to be in court or they will be arrested.

So whining on here about the unfairness of these issues is bunk.

A criminal defendant spared pretrial detention whining about not being allowed days he demands off trial to go to ceremonies is the epitome of entitled white privilege.
