It is out of control that drivers just ignore stop signs at literally every intersection, especially near the train station. This is such a failure, from the horrible street design, to the normalizing of reckless driving, to the lack of adequate enforcement by City of Peekskill Police Department.

I was walking on Blake today marveling again at the stupidity of the protected bike lane closure and I had this thought:

My thoughts, in the latest Listener about walking & cycling infrastructure and how it’s our kids that miss out as the govt cut these budgets.

So much time is spent fighting against spending on these projects when, only 1% of our transport budget is dedicated to walking cycling.
