This is the detailed U.S. government court filing explaining the basis for the charge of bank fraud against Ippei Mizuhara.

Federal complaint says Ohtani's agent asked Mizuhara about the bank account in question 'on multiple occasions.' Mizuhara told the agent the account was 'private' and that Ohtani did not want anyone else to monitor that account.
