People are advocating on X that mental illness is just 'normal human emotions.' This is alarming and dangerous on so many levels. It contributes to stigma and completely dismisses the battle we fight daily.

I have been there so many times and I want you to know that you are not alone!! ❤️

I've had people ask me throughout the years why I work so hard to be stable. Why do I want to be normal? Friend, I'm not going for so called normal. I just want to be able to function and get through the day.

I don't know if this is a bipolar thing or if it is just getting older, but I love boring. I cherish the quiet times because my life has been so full of chaos.

I've been debating about writing this post but I feel I need to as a mental health advocate. Recently, I have seen some of my online friends targeted for their support of taking medication. The same has been done to me.
