Your tactical master plans are meaningless, unless you're providing a positive experience.

Children need to continue loving & wanting to play, regardless of how far their ability or your coaching can take them. Create an environment they'll thrive in & always want to be part of!

Many coaches rush through the age groups to reach the top level. That's fine but don't underestimate the value of coaching youth teams:

It's amazing how coaching impacts you.

Some days you'll be down in the dumps & the next day you'll be high as a kite. We all feel this & need to manage it.

The power of sport takes us on an emotional roller coaster as we strive to better ourselves, the people & the club!🙌❤️

It's sad how people look down on foreign football.

Coaches & players excel abroad but don't get the recognition they deserve. People make assumptions on countries they know nothing about.

The career development, experience & lifestyle far outweigh what they'd get at home!✈️🌎⚽️

During a session, years ago, a girl asked me: 'What is your job?'

I told her: 'This is my job. I'm a coach.'

She said: 'No, your real job. This is only for fun.'

A reminder for those who are blessed to be a full-time coach & avoid having a real job (in the eyes of others)!🤣

Caring too much about likes, follows & comments can send us into a spiral of negativity.

The reality is that 2 likes or 200 makes no difference & the comments of trolls are worthless.

Screen time is robbing us of precious moments with our loved ones & doing what matters most!❤️
