A Great Food Growers of Bolton session over @ The Greenhouse in Deane earlier today. Loads of seeds planted, spuds tended to, seed trays moved into the Greenhouse and the usual laughs and good humour. The National Lottery Community Fund Transition Together

Ive made a good start on my Permaculture/Community food growing book, it was always going to be in story format over a manual, it just took time to realise this fully, anyway, the forward is completed and I'm into the first chapter, tis flowing like a thawed mountain stream. πŸ‘

Leaving on my two mile walk over to Deane to deliver another Food growers of Bolton project session, armed with hundreds of thousands of seeds and some seed trays. Enjoy your day doing whatever you are doing, and hope you manage to get your shit nailed (not literally of course)

Imagine if people still suffering with mental ill health post Covid engaged in food growing projects and home growing , their mental well being would return and their physical health would return through engaging in garden work and eating the nutrient dense food they had grown.

Loving the Alternative Economy: Up bright and early for the smallest carboot in the world, and bagged 2 Murano Ribbons sculptures and a Murano fruit bowl for Β£3. These items will give me enough cash to buy food for a fortnight. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Think I'm going to have to post this once a week due to community tittle tattle in Bolton, we are a 100% an independent community group, we work for nobody other than members of the community whom we are funded to work with.
