Notice the Seahawks are practicing in their game jerseys. A video from the team account shows the QBs in the throwbacks.

I checked with Jamison Hensley to see if this is something the Ravens do, and it is. Appears Mike Macdonald is taking a page out of John Harbaugh's playbook.

As a team with a new head coach, the Seahawks are allowed to hold a three-day, voluntary minicamp before the draft (which is separate from mandatory minicamp in June). They're doing so today through Wednesday.
