When dealing with an injury, you should not:

- stop training completely
- RICE protocol 24/7
- be reckless
- fill your body with junk

Instead you should:

- train around the injury
- move around
- stick to your rehab plan
- prioritize sleep & nutrition
- make good decisions

🚨 New 21MPH Club Member🚨

Big congrats to Bret Jenks (Bret Jenks) on eclipsing the 21MPH mark!

He’s a 6’5” 185 lbs 15 yr old WR/TE

When we started early on in 2023 he was 140-145 lbs and had troubles breaking 17MPH

Testament to his hard work, dedication, & consistency!!

Sprint For Hamstring Health --

All the curls, RDLs, and tantrums won't prepare you for high speed sprinting.

If regularly ending up with tweaks, strains, and pulls in competition and you're not sprinting regularly... it might be time to figure out how to add them in.

Coaches it’s important to remember:

• Your practice doesn’t have to take up the whole window
• Going harder for longer won’t make them champions in a day
• Take small steps forward each day and stack those 1% over time

Fun Fact: Speed begins to detrain in 3-8 days of neglect.

Think about this as you structure your weekly training schedule.

If you’re only committing to 1 speed day per week, you might be maintaining at best.
