Day 7 Bordeaux, first parabolic flight day. We'll what an amazing day for firsts! First Podiatrists on a parabolic flight, first toe pressures taken in zero G, first flight for 3/4 of the team, first set of data collected 🎉 European Space Agency Air ZeroG ✈️

Day 6 Bordeaux: pre flight day. We welcomed the remainder of the group over the weekend. Another busy day of prep, consenting participants, presenting our project to the other groups and meeting retired astronaut Jean-Francois Clervoy. Our first 4 flyers are ready to go.

Day 3 Bordeaux. The plane is a hive of activity today. A day of testing, participant recruitment & ironing out data extraction problems - there was time for a little fun too. The joys and frustrations of biomedical research! 😅

We had great fun at the Podiatry Celebration Event that brought together pre-registration students and staff, filled with laughs, food and healthy competition. Thank you to all those who made this event happened, especially Brighton Students' Union for sponsoring the snacks & drinks!

The rig has safely arrived at Novespace, Bordeaux. The team are preparing the finishing touches to make it safe for the flight.
